The word Abelin is derived from Abraham Lincoln which is synonymous with honesty and integrity. A dynamic and technically motivated team of young engineers launched this project in 1978 for manufacturing mainly phenolic resins and rayon spinning pots. Over the years Abelin Group has made it's name by the quality of the products, service and technical innovation.
After achieving exemplary growth in Chemical and Engineering technologies we expanded our activities by starting the unit of Abelin Polymers in Nashik in 1983. This unit was awarded the coveted prize for being the best unit in the district of Nashik for its outstanding performance in the very first three years. This unit was also selected as the Best Unit for Beautification of Environment by AIMa.
In the year 1988 we started one more unit namely A-1 Polymers in Nashik which specialised in manufacture of fibre glass reinforced industrial items, grinding of speciality chemicals as well as reconditioning of our rayon pots.

We were established in the year 1983. We are manufacturing and selling synthetic thermosetting resins of phenol formaldehyde type popularly known as phenolic resins. These resins are basic raw materials used as binder materials by many industries such as grinding wheels, brake and clutch lining, plastic laminates, compressed wood, plywood, shell moulding, filters for automotive and other industries, rayon spinning rods, laminates made of cotton fabric and asbestos.
