Acme Seals Private Ltd was started in the year 1989 as a partnership concern under the name of Acme Polymer products to manufacture mechanical seals was reconstituted as a private Limited Company in 1993 under the name of Acme Seals private Limited. Acme Mechanical seals found ready acceptance in the market especially by leading domestic/irrigational pump manufacturers concentrated in coimbatore and also by automotive water pump manufacturers.
Promoters
Mr. Subramanyam Kallet, Managing Director and Co-promoter of the company, had over 30 years experience in Autolec Industries Ltd., as Executive Director.
Product
ACME manufactures mechanical seals for domestic and irrigational pumps and for automotive water pumps. Acme also manufactures oil seals, other moulded and bonded rubber components and sheet metal pressed components as per customers specifications.
Customers
ACME seals are used as OE by leading domestic/irrigational pump manufacturers like Mahendra, Sharp, Suguna etc. Automotive water pump seals are used by Autolec, Alpump, KAD, Menon Engineers and Precision autowares etc.
ACME seals are being exported to UK, Germany, Yugoslavia, Vienna etc.
