Around fifty marketing officers are employed in various areas to be in touch with farmers as well as our dealers.
Extension Activities
A separate expertise has been employed for extension activities of company. Dr. T.S. Khuspe Ph.D. Extension Education is looking after the extension activities of the company. Radio Programmes, campaign, field meetings, farmers meet, demonstration programmes, co-ordination pf training and visit programme conducted by company, state government and central government are some of the activities to specify. These all activities are essential to promote brand of products as well as generation of demand of products.
Farmers Guidance Cell
This cell tries to solve all technical difficulties of farmers at field level. A well-equipped lab is established to identify various diseases and insects to recommend correct pesticide with correct dose. A major and micronutrients requirement of particular soil or particular crop is identified and recommended to concerned farmers. Dr. P.Y. Patil Ph.D plant pathology is monitoring all these activities with the help of highly qualified staff.
R & D Work
Company has set up an ultra modern lab with state of art facilities for research work. High caliber scietists are doing continuous endeavour to achieve better solutions for modern farming.
