Ours is a partnership firm having 4 partners at present. The firm was established in the year 1956 by our Sonior Paliner, Mr. C. C. Dalai as its sole Proprietor. Thereafter, the firm became a partnership by the admission of partners.

The firm has the following partners at present :-

Mr. C C.Dalal;
Mr. K. C. Dalai ;
Mr S. V. Kalwint ; and
Mr B. B. Bhavnagari.

During the Course of our professional practice, we have attended to the audits. of Public and Private Limited Companies besides pal1nership firms. We are tax consultants to a Nationalised Bank, Foreign Airlines, Multi National Company, Non.Residents, individuals and partnership firms. We were the Statutory Auditors of the Branches of Nationalised Banks. Our senior partner Mr C C. Dalai is the past President of the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society, Mumbai and has tleen a Member of the Managing Committee of Indian Merchants Chamber and the Chairman of its commercial Examination Board. Besides, he is a member of the Direct Taxation Committee and Company Law Committee of both Indian Merchants Chamber and Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industries. He has contributed several papers at the National and the International Conferences and was a visiting Professor for over 23 years at the mumbai University.

Our other senior partner, Mr. K. C. Dalai has 36 years of professional experience in the field of Audits, Taxation and Consultsltions in Taxation and company Law matters. Our other two partners, Mr. S.V.Kalwlnt and Mr. B.B.Bhavnagari, also, have experience in Bank Audits, Audits of Limited companies and partnership firms. Besides these, they have, also, experience in handing tax matters of both individuals and corporates.

Our firm has a SIster Concern by the name of Messrs. Alexander & Co., Chartered Accountants. Our senior most partner Mr C. C. Dalai and senior partner Mr. K. C. Dalai are partners in the said firm. Messrs. Alexander & Co, has non resident clients and our partners give consulteltions to non resident clients and advise them on Taxation and FEMA matters.
