Anything in garments, "Name IT, you will have IT" This has been the Motto for this group for past many years. We are in the fabrics for past 50 years and in garments from the year 1976 headed by Mr. Naresh Mahtani as the chairman of ANI Group of companies. We have our own branded label as "Angelique" for ladies market all over US.
Fabrics: We are the first to introduce Dobbies in woven for the US Market. We have our fabric base in Salem, Erode, Coimbatore and Nagari to produce our woven fabric with a monthly capacity of more than 5-6 lacs per month.
Apart from woven we do have good strength to handle the request in Twills, Denims, Voiles, Ploynosic fabrics.
We have our base in Ahmedabad and Bangalore to take care of our printed items.
We have our own warehouse where each and every metre checked and made sure that same matches the required standard before despatching to garment factory for garment production. Almost 30-35000 mtrs is being despatched daily to factories. Warehouse do have the space capacity to stock more than 3 lacs mtrs inhouse. Each and every design and pattern of ours is being tested either by ITS or SGS India pvt Ltd., This is mainly decided as per buyer request.
Garments: We have strengethened ourselves to handle a monthly production capacity of more than 2 lacs pcs a month. We have our own inhouse plant of 40 single needle and other required special machines. This will be expanded more shortly. To fill monthly capacity, we have tied up with 9-10 plants to handle only our garment production. We have our own sampling plant only to take care of the sampling requests from the buyer. We are well versed with any kind of embroideries as per buyer request. This group has been evaluated by Sears(Canada) for both Fabrics and Garments.
