The Company started its operations in the year 1988 in the name of M/s. Narvekar & Company on Proprietary basis with Mr. R.V.Narvekar as its Proprietor. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to M/s. ASIS Overseas & Co in the year 1997 and constitution changed from Partnership to Private Ltd. Since 08.01.1998 the name of the Company was changed to M/s. ASIS Overseas (C&F) Pvt. Ltd. with following Directors: -

2) Shri. R. V. Narvekar Director

NATURE OF BUSINESS

The Nature of Business carried out by the Company is as follows:

1) Clearing & Forwarding of goods pertaining to Import and Export.

2) Transportation of goods in respect of Import & Export through hired reputed and registered Transport Contractors.
