The founder and owner of Bala Gems Corporation, a Bombay-based Importer, Exporter, and wholesaler of various types of Synthetic Gemstones and Cubic Zircons, Mr. Bala oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, including all managerial and administrative aspects of the business. Mr.Bala established Bala Gems in 1996.Responsible for initiating sourcing contacts around the globe and for ordering and receiving incoming materials.

Mr. Bala maintains a careful eye on the quality of raw materials imported and the finished Cut stones that Bala Gems provides. By focusing Bala Gems on superb customer service & providing with Quality controlled Finished Gemstones of Cubic Zirconia {American Diamonds } he works to maintain a well-deserved reputation that has been earned by the company since its founding. Recognizing the significant financial benefits that may accrue from staying current in the field, Mr. Bala monitors the industry constantly to incorporate state-of-the-art product developments as they become available. Mr.Bala looks to his superb organizational and leadership skills to supplement the valuable technical knowledge he gained through years of experience and study.

Fluent in Hindi and English, and other local languages ,Mr. Bala is respected as an expert in the gem trade. Bala Gems currently provides products primarily to the Indian markets, but Mr. Bala states that he intends to expand the company’s Import and Export divisions within the next few years to provide services worldwide. He has formulated and is implementing plans for a significant increase of Bala Gems’ customer base and its annual turnover in the coming year.
