Our Approach
Our assignments are normally executed after a detailed programme is drawn up to minimize cost to our clients in terms of man hours spend on each job without compromising on the quality of the work. Management assignments are, however, undertaken on agreed estimation of time and cost and usually after the presentation of the detailed proposals. Quotations in such cases are on a total assignment basis, whereas special assignments are normally charged to a client on a time spent basis at the chargeable rates as prescribed by the institute of chartered Accountants of India. Our clients however, incur no cost or obligation until engagement terms are agreed.
Our work team is led by a senior principal/manager who is assigned with full responsibilities for your assignment but always operate under the general guidance, supervision and control of the contact partner. In every case our contact partner will ensure that the product we deliver, meets our as well as business standards and our requirements.
