Chief Promoters: Shri Brijmohan Sagarmal Agarwal member of stock exchange, Mumbai since 24th October, 1972.

Shri Santkumar B. Agarwal, shri Basankumar B Agarwal, and Shri Vinod Kumar B Agarwal having experience in stock market for more than last 15 years. Shri Sharad B Agarwal also has experience for last 8 years.

Object of this company

The company is in the reform process by deregulation and globalising its economy which require to provide better professional services and upgrading facilities in all the fields at international standards and for that to deal in capital market, the chief promoter formed this company with the view to convert this individual membership of the stock exchange - Mumbai into corporate entity.

Brief History

Our chairman Shri Brijmohan Sagarmal Agarwal is active in stock exchange from 1957 and has been director of Bombay stock exchange for twelve years. We have good individual and corporate clients as well as Institutional clients viz UTI, IDBI, SBI, LIC. Our director also have a partnership company viz. M/s. B.S. Securities which is a member of National Stock Exchange since April 1996 and is having good individual and corporate clients. We have most of the infrastructure facilities viz Computer Research Facility etc. Our office is in the main stock exchange building i.e. heart of the stock exchange tower and also two other branch offices in Mumbai.
