We can offer over 500 different variations of our standard models but should none of these meet your requirements, we will make special set for you to suit your exact needs, We make a special point of ensuring that all materials used is of the highest quality, the most suitable for each application. For example, graded castings are used for c.i.die sets, which are close-grained free machining and free blowholes. These cast iron and all steel top and bottoms are machined and ground to an accuracy of 0.00025-0.0005. Pillars and bushes are made from good quality steel, hardened to 58/60 R.C. and ground to B.S.
