of Mr.A. D'Souza an entrepreneur and founder of Comptel Network Systems (India) Ltd., the pioneer of networking in India, and
Mr. D. R. Solanki, ex. IT Chief, IPCL.
COMPTEL Network Academy has vast
experience in educating and training potential Network Engineers,
Software Engineers, I.T.Consultants, helping them to prepare for the
global market with the much sought after International Certifications
from Microsoft, Oracle and Cisco Systems. Mr. D.R. Solanki is in
computer field since 1973. He has done his M.Sc.(Stat.), M.S-Computer
Science from USA and also passed CNE-5, CCNA and Oracle 8 certified
DBA. He is having 28 years of Industrial experience in IT. During his
tenure of last 10 years at Nagothane unit of IPCL, he has implemented
mega projects of Campus wide Networking (LAN) and Enterprise-wise
Networking (WAN). He was a visiting professor of Computer Science and
taught BE (Computer science), MCA and MBA (Systems) at M.S.University,
Baroda during 1986-1992.
Lab Facilities:
Very few institutes can match our well-equipped lab. It is equipped
with following:
Two 1750 and one 2501 Cisco Routers
Two 1924 Cisco Catalyst switches
One 5 user Windows 2000 server and one 5 user Netware-5 server
UTP structured cabel LAN with 2 servers and 8 PCs
Oracle 8i server with 5 user-license
CDs with very large question bank for practice
In-house on-line Exam facility is available
Well stock Library.
