The Group was started in early eighties for Design of Steam and other Process Piping and later on, in due course of time, diversified into Consultancy, Pre-fabrication and Supply of Piping Systems, Manufacturing of Pipe Fittings, Pressure Vessels, Boiler components, other miscellaneous Fabricated items, Erection and Commissioning services, and during the last 17 years we have already worked for prestigious turnkey and other projects for leading Private and Public Sector Units. For your kind information we are on the “Approved/Registered Unit” panel of the following authorities/agencies “

MAJOR AREAS OF OPERATION
The Major Areas of our Operations are as follows :
ENGINEERING : We have full fledged design & Drawing Office manned by highly experienced technocrats to undertake various Engineering activities viz. Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering, Computerised Stress & Flexibility analysis, Computerised Structural Analysis etc. Most of the Drawings & Designs are prepared on computers using latest international Software Packages available in the market. MANUFACTURING: FABRICATION UNIT
We have a well equipped workshop containing the latest equipments to carry out the manufacturing of the items like Pre-fabricated Steam Piping, Steam Distribution Header, Steam Separator, Desuperheater Vessels, Pressure Vessels, Oil Cooler, SAW Pipes, Fabricated Pipe Fittings etc.
The above fabrication can be carried out using various grades of Carbon Steel/Alloy Steel/ Stainless steel and under any third party inspection/statutory bodies and also as per customers own or any other special requirement.
Our fabrication unit is also on the approved list of chief controller of Explosives, Nagpur.
We have a special computerized Welding Machine called "ORBITAL WELDING MACHINE" of M/s Polysoude, Germany.
PIPE FITTINGS UNIT : We have a well equipped unit to manufacture all type of Pipe Fittings i.e. Butt welding, Socket welding & Screwed in various grades of Carbon Steel/Alloy steel/Stainless Steel . The pipe fittings manufactured by us can be offered under any third party Inspection. |
