This Company was started in the year 1991 by qualified Engineers, with the main objects of undertaking,Electrical consultancy works and Design / Development of custom made systems.
For three decades the Directors has attained a reputation for high quality work and customer service.
The promoters and associates felt the need for training young men/woman in the latest development of Building Engineering Systems.
To begin with complete “Building Maintenance and Automation” Course is being developed and it is planned to have an institute in the name and style of “BTH” – School of Engineering”
Incidentally this course is being offered for the first time and it is earnesty hoped that all those who complete this Course will get immediate employment, or can be self – employed.

Several and new innovative Administrative, teaching, training and organizational methods are proposed.
- Duty – Discipline – Dedication shall be the guiding principles. All students, staff members right down to lowest paid member of the institute shall work for the development of the Institute, express opinion without fear of any reprisal.
To start with we are on to a course of study very much needed by the industry but nobody could think, we have taken the correct and bold step in this direction and to begin with 4 years course in “Building Maintenance and Automation” appropriately shortened to DBMA, is started from the academic year 2003-2004.
Other developments into areas where we think we can do better than existing organizations shall follow in course of years.
It is earnestly hoped that parents and students of this first batch will provide us encouragement to venture into other area of educational and training activities.
