The
partnership firm [ HARRINGTAN HOUSE] was started in April 2000
by 4 women entrepreuners with the aim of developing the area in which the project
is situated.
The
Managing Partner Mrs. Dhevi Mohan has a sound experience of
9 years in the field of Real Estate and is also a partner of Adeline Engineers
and BKS Blue Metals and the sole proprietor of Abhirami Blue Metals. Nine years
experience in the field of real estate has made her not only knowledgeable about
the present trends in the market but has also enabled her to make valuable forecasts
of future trends and values of various projects and sites in and around the
city. This has also made her fluent with the various land laws and gain valuable
contacts with officers in the related government departments.
The
goal and object of the firm is to develop an ‘ELDERS PARADISE’
in this site and to enable people to have a peaceful and cohesive living. In
order to realize this goal, and for the sake of initial development of the area,
the partners have bought acres of land and have undertaken selling them as plots.
The plots under the 1st phase of the project have already been sold to Sathyabama
Group of Colleges for the construction of staff quarters. The partners have
also taken necessary steps to complete the 2nd and 3rd phase of the project
by the year 2004. |
