India Bible Literature (IBL) having it's head office at Chennai, TN took over Bharath Bible League (BBL) in the year 1987 and continued the work of BBL in Mumbai more effectively. With-in a short span, IBL was able to reach almost every Church in Mumbai city distributing Bibles and other Christian Literature and had a vast networking all over Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarath and Orissa. Due to increased expenditure, in 1998 IBL decided to shift their services to Chennai. But Mr. Isaac E. Swamidass who was working as a Regional Manager had taken a bolder decision of taking up the Literature distribution work. Finally in 1998 India Bible Literature Service Depot came into existence, since then their has been no turning back. Now IBL-SD has successfully completed four financial year and looking forward towards the future more brightly. *

About - Statement of Faith
1). We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
2). We believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
3). We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible authoritative Word of God. |
