Pimpri, since 1973 engaged in all types of industrial fabrication i.e. Sheet- metal, plate
and structural ( M.S as well as S.S ). Our plot area is 2200 sq. Mtrs and shed area is
1500 sq. Mtrs. with overshed gantries of 5 Tons capacity at five points.
We specialise in Spray Drying Chambers for chemical companies. We had an
important role in the fabrication, erection and commissioning of Tata’s small car
project. Our main contribution were in the fabrication and erection of large surface
coating and pre -treatment tanks, Coagulation tanks out of S S material and for
the paint shop, complete exhaust systems out of G.I. and M.S material and Scrap
conveyor system for the press shop.
We are well- equipped with skilled and qualified work -force, tig and Co2
Welding equipment, plate rolling machine upto 20 mm thk x 2500 width capacity-
We have also done work under third party inspection.
