The case covers are of cast Iron. Units are weatherproof & dust protected
Mechanism is Positive Quick make & Quick break mechanism provided.
All units are mechanically interlocked to prevent accidental contract of live parts.
FUSES
MAXELL Switches has facility of interchangeability between HRC or rewirable fuse carrier
for the same fuse base. HRC carrier will accept bolted HRC fuse link to IS: 9224 -1979.
Fuse base & carrier are made up of finest quality Vitreous Ceramic.
TECHNICAl FEATURES

Fully shrouded live parts.
Cable terminals suitable for accommodating aluminium & copper conductors.

SPECIFICATION
Rewirable Switch-fuse units tested for Ac 21 utilization category & are suitable for use on systems having a short circuit capacity of upto 4KA at 415V Ac when fitted with Rewirable fuses to IS 9926-1981.
