Ours is the Proprietory concern having 4-5 Juniors apart from the general staff and a full time steno.
We purely deal in Civil and Criminal matters including trials thereof, in as much as matters pertaining to proceedings / complaints under 138 N.l Act.
We are specialist in B. M. C. matters and all kinds of property matters as well all kinds of drafting and convincing including registration thereof.
We also deal in all kinds of Rent Act matters including dispute regarding Rateable value while assessing property / Municipal Taxes.
We also deal the matters right from the Lower Court till the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Our office is situated near City Civil and Sessions court, which is open on
all working days from Monday to Saturday between 10.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. Our professional fees varies from matter to matter depending on the on the stake involved. We provide facilities of payments of professional fees in installments, if need so arises. Our consultation Charges also varies depending on the efforts required to be made and the time period consumed. No consulting on telephone is allowed.
We accept payment by cheque as also in Cash as per the convenience of the litigant. Advance appointment must be taken for consultation purposes which may be provided after receiving on Account consultation charges. We call the client to remain present only when needed, not on every date of bearing of their respective matter.
