In 1988 he joined M/s.Arvind P.Dalal and Associate, formed on reorganisation of M/s.Nanubhai Desai and co. In 1990 he joined M/s.Arvind P. Dalal and Associates as Partner. He set-up M/s.Ketan C.Kothari and Co. in July 1994.
