PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Practiced under my father senior Advocate Late Shri. KAMTA PRASAD MAHAVIR TIWARI and from last 13 years individually handling the legal department of various business groups having our office at 53-57 Mehta Building, 1st, floor, Chamber No.3, N. M. Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400 023 i.e. from the year 1961 and also independently associated with the various companies as their legal Advisor. As some of my clients are in the construction line, advising them on various issues relating to corporate laws, Property related matters, Procedure for recovery of dues etc., filing Suits, Writ Petitions, Writs (Original side as well as Appellate side) on civil as well as Criminal side in the High Court and Trial Courts on their behalf and appearing in such connected matters. I am well conversant with the administrative procedure of Various Courts. I have independently handled tenancy matters related to Landlords and tenants before the Small Causes Court.
EXPERIENCE
Presently handling legal department of various business groups [separate list attached] AS THEIR CONSULTANT SINCE October 1995 handling various litigations in various courts interacting with Solicitors & Senior Cousel's drafting of different Documents. Representing the Company before the Municipal Corporation (Assessors & Collectors). Competent authority (U L C R), Collector of Bombay Land Acquisition Officer with regard to the various issues relating to the matters connected with the development activity of immovable property.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
Involved with wide range of corporate commercial general and scam related litigations. This involved drafting of Proceedings related to such disputes. Advising and appearing before courts judicial and quasi-judicial authorities and various other procedural issues. Also involved in drafting and attending matters relating to Company Laws board which include appearing before the authorities etc. Having Drafting Writs,Plaints and Proceedings and also file the same before the various courts. Also preparing Affidavits and Rejoinders. Appeared before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Mumbai, Mumbai
City Civil Court, Company Law Board and Criminal Courts to argue the matters in the Courts, relating to the Corporate Litigation, Commercial Litigation etc. This activity involving independently to hold conferences with junior and senior Counsels and follow-up with various departmental procedures of Mumbai High Court (Both the Original & Appellate side), City Civil Court, Office of the Court Receiver, Official Liquidator and also Sheriff of Mumbai.
