Master Pulverisers started in the year 1992, “Master” Roller Mill is a totally enclosed type pulversing mill operated by insertion of air in circular way in mill where heavy duty rollers are forced against the ring by rotation movement, thus pulversing the lumps into powder, whereby they are lifted upwards by stream of air into the classifier, where th desired fine powder is accepted and conveyed into cyclone collector leading to the output, whereas the coarse material is thrown back into the mill for re-grinding.
This whole system operates in a closed circuit resulting in a continuous out flow of powder through the cyclone collector. The said mill can be used for grinding nonabrasive and non-explosive mineral material and various other non-metallic and manufactured products.
