MIL (Mayur Industries Ltd.), was established in the year 1985, with the goal to supply automobile interiors to the Indian and the International client.
Today, through optimal resources utilization and continuous upgradation MIL has been able to achieve significant level of customer satisfaction. Supplying Zero defect material in tune with its policy total control.
MIL has two plants in Delhi (Gurgaon) and Pune, and is in the vicinity of major car manufacturers like Maruti Suzuki and TELCO.
Keeping with the most modern technique of production and design, as well as a fully equipped laboratory, the entire product range boast of the terms of quality. Door Trims, Soft Canopies, Head Liners, Floor Carpets, Seat Covers, Floor Mats, Spare Tyre & Wheel Covers, Sunvisors, Silencer Components, Insulation Felt etc., all result of dedicated hard work and persistent R & D. This may be the reason that the MIL clientele includes such prestigious names as Maruti, Hindustan Motors, Mercedes Benz, Swaraj Mazda, Bajaj Tempo etc.
The company is managed by one Chairman and three Directors.
Chairman:
Mr. Ishwar Singh started as an ordinary employee of Maruti 15 years ago. He was a man of technical bent of mind and made a component (wheel balancing weight) for Maruti which was approved and was a stepping stone to the success story of Haryana industries in the year 1984. MIL was started in the year 1985 but was taken over by Haryana group in 2000. Mr. Ishwar Singh now leads MIL with an annual turnover of 12 crore.
Directors:
Mr. Rajesh Gupta: Technical director. A metallurgical engineer from IIT Bombay. He is the founder director of MIL and has been with it since the last 15 years. He takes care of technical, sales and marketing, new developments as well as finance divisions of the company.
Mr. Sanjay Verma: Managing Director of MIL, Pune. He is the technical director and handles all the technical and overall management of the Pune branch. He has an experience of 10 years in the industry and has been well trained under the leadership of the chairman.
Mr. Raju Verma: Director of MIL, Gurgaon. A mechanical engineer and a post graduate in Computer application with an experience of 9 years in the industry trained by the chairman looks after the day to day activities of the unit in Gurgaon. Handles administration finance and production division of the Gurgaon unit.
