Section ‘A’ - Mechanical
Machine shop / Tool Room : All types of jobs related to turning / machining including toolings, jigs, fixtures, and dies etc. of any size and shape, are accepted for execution at our source, assuring quality products / jobs / services.
Fabrication / Welding: We are specialised in welding of aluminium alloys: Provide quality products free from weld flaws. Successfully fabricated a prototype of folding type bridge 15 metres span of robust design, vehicle mounted, for defence requirements in RD-40 high strength aluminium alloy weighing approximately 7.0 tonne, now introduced into army services. The welding technology developed has been transferred to the various Indian Industries for their production guidance. Special welding jigs and fixtures and toolings were designed and fabricated keeping in view high value of coefficient of thermal expansion for aluminium alloy.
