These lifts operate round the clock and carry maximum traffic, goods as well as passenger. We have fully equipped factory having all modern machines for manufacturing of vital components of lift. The direction switches used in our lift are of non-contact type avoiding mechanical wear and tear on the system. This increases the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure)of the lift. Delivery & Completion:
The material will be delivered and erection of lift(s) completed within 20 to 32 weeks from the date of receipt of firm order, advance payment, approval of general arrangement drawing and finalization of technical details, whichever is later.
For completion of lift(s) in time as per schedule given above, you must hand over to us for our uninterrupted, use the lift shaft, machine room and lift pit complete in all respects as per the approved general arrangement drawing and permanent power supply to be provided at least 15 weeks before the completion date indicated above.
The payment shall be made as mentioned below.
30% advance with your firm order.
60% against advice indicating dispatch of stores to site.
10% on handling over of lift.
Payment will be accepted only in the form of demand draft payable at Pune or crossed account payee cheque drawn in favour of optronica elevators. No cash.
Guarantee:
Optronical Elevators guarantees only the material and workmanship of the equipment whichever is earlier. The guarantee extended herein is confined to repair and replacement of the defective parts only. |
