Mr. MEHERNOSH PARDIWALA
MEHERNOSH PARIDWALA is a solicitor and the founder of the firm. He was enrolled at the Bar in the year, 1990 and has had the privilege of being the youngest candidate to qualify as a solicitor. Mr.Pardiwala signed Articles and trained as a Solicitor with M/s.Mulla and Mulla Craigie Blunt and Craigie Blunt and Caroe; one of the oldest and largest Advocate firms in India, under the Senior partner, Mr.B.H.Antia from 1989 to 1992. While working with Mr. B.H.Antia, Mr.Pardiwala gained a very wide exposure matters pertaining to a wide and varied clientere, which included, The Central bank of India, Bank of Madura, Telco and Shipping Corporation of Inda. Mr. Pardiwala personally argued several suits, writ petitions, company applications and other matters before the Courts and various tribunals.
Ms.SHIRAZ MERCHANT
Ms.SHIRAZ MERCHANT is a Solicitor and has been enrolled at the Bar since July 1986. She has been exposed to the legal profession while a student of law, since 1984, when she joined M/s. Pravin Mehta and Company, a Solicitor Firm as a law trainee.
From 1986 to 1992, Ms.Merchant worked as an Articled Clerk with M/s.Gagrat and Company, one of the top legal firms in Inda, under Mr. J.R.Gagrat and Mr.Mohan Jayakar.
In 1992, Ms.Merchant joined M/s. Mulla and Mulla and Craigie Blunt and Caroe where she was independently responsible for all legal work relating to Air India and Bajaj Auto Limited, besides helping with work pertaining to other corporate and individual client’s as well
