Starting with the production of 3250MT of metallic oxides per annum, POCL has come a long way and grown into a multi-unit and multiproduct company. At present, POCL with its headquarters at Chennai and factories at Pondicherry is manufacturing 6000MT of metallic oxides and 1800MT of plastic
additives.
Research and Development
POCL, aware of the need to keep abreast with the technological developments, the research,planning and development wing, which plays a major role in planning and designing of projects besides improvement in the existing operation is an integral part of POCL. The company has a well-equipped Central Research and
Development Laboratory (CRDL) where research is an ongoing
