We are pleased to introduce our company POWEROL PANELS AND CONTROLS as a well established Organization engaged in Design, Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Power Control, Centres, Motor Control Centres (Draw out as well as Non-draw out type), Distribution Boards for power and Lighting, Instrumentation Panels, PLC (Micro Processor) based system.We have well experience staff managed by qualified Technical people having long experience in the field. All the Fabrication, Painting, assembly, Wiring and Testing is done under one roof. We are also undertaking turn-key jobs in Process Automation based in (Micro processor) and data acquisition system with real time data, graphic and mimic on video screens for close monitoring of the process parameters on line data logging for achieving higher performance of the plant with minimum manual interface. We have the following Test Facilities:
- H.V. Test up to 5KV
- Heat Run Test up to 3000 Amps
- Megger Insulation Test up to 5 KV i.e. 5000 M-Ohms.
- Overload Setting Check, Overload Time Delay Check.
- Operation at different Voltage including Under and over voltage.
Every Panel is designed taking into account fail safe conditions, interlock between various equipments full supervisory and remote control for the fail safe conditions. All the switchgear components are directly bought out from authorized dealers / stockiest of the manufacturers. We test all our products in confirmation with the relevant Indian Standard Specification and if desired by our customers can also be tested at CPRI/ ERDA. Our products are tested at ERDA . We have a well organized store and have minimum inventory for three months for the Accessories and Switchgear Components etc.
