Prima Engineering Industries manufactures a wide range of biscuit and bakery machinery for past 18 years and clientele includes India's top two biscuit companies like Britannia and Parle's besides a number of small/medium sized biscuit companies in India, and bakeries abroad. We have exported machines to countries like Srilanka, Kenya, Angola, Nepal, and South Africa. We have fully equipped manufacturing facilities of approximately 12000 sq.ft. with the required machine tools. Our designs are mainly done on CAD/CAM.
Our machines use the "state of art technology".
At the same time we ensure that "ruggedness" necessary to cater to developing countries is incorporated and our machines which can operate under continues duty using unskilled labour.
As we possess our own design/drawing team we can cater to client's special requirements, if any.
We believe in using number of on-line (top quality) of vendor items like motors, gear boxes, bearings etc so that costly production stoppages are avoided.
When clients desire we can offer all advanced electronics like use of frequency controllers, digital displays, PLC' S etc.
