PUSHPAK STEEL INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. a company registered under companies act is a manufacturing company is fully automatic structural Re-Rolling Mill with an annual Capacity of 40000 M.T. in single shift basis. Special features of the Mill is broadly described as under:-Re-Heating Furnace: The unit has an Oil Fired Re-heating Furnace with 12-15 Mt/Hour capacity. The said furnace is heated at the specific temperature with constancy and having facility of waste heat recovery system by virtue the material is heated in uniform temperature. Re-Rolling Mill: - 400 mm Roughing Mill – This mill is equipped with one stand and drive of 600 HP
- 300 mm First Intermediate Mill – This mill is equipped with 4 sets of stand in cross country styles and drive of 800 HP.
- 300 mm Second Intermediate Mill – This mill is equipped with 2 sets of stands with a drive of 550 HP.
- 300 mm Finishing Mill – This mill is equipped with one set of stand with a drive of 400 HP.
- Conveyor System – All the four mills are well connected with roller conveyor for material shifted from one mill to another mill.
Cooling Bed: The unit has a long and strong cooling bed. Size 125’ x 15’ both sides of finishing mill. Straightening Facility Straightening machine installed by us for straighten the finished goods as per IS specifications. Testing facilities: - Chemical Laboratory – The unit is having a full-fledged chemical laboratory to check the chemical composition of our Raw Material and Finished Goods by wet analysis.
- Mechanical Testing – For the purpose to Test Tensile Strength / Yield stress % Elongation and Bend Test the unit has Autumn Machine of 40 MT Capacity of make M/s. Blue Star Ltd.
- Physical Testing – The unit has all Hot gauges, Vernier Calipers, Micro-Meter, Root Radius Gauge and Combination Sets to check all dimensions of the materials manufactured.
