Apparel Production

The Ralpa Group control's a total of 2 factories in India and Madagascar having a total production capacity of 5,000-1 O,OOOdozen garments/month depending on the product.

India:

Our state of the art factory is located in Bangalore. The factory houses 100 machines and employs 120 people and manufactures a variety of woven and knit garments. The factory is located in close proximity to embroidery and washing facilities and has versatile abilities to manufacture a range of different products.

Madagascar:

Our factory in Antanarivo comprises of a total of 300 machines and specializes in bottoms, denim jeans and men's shirts production.AII garments here are made of fabrics originating from India and the far east.AII garments manufactured here are quota and duty free import into the U.S.A. under the AGOA trade bill.

Products:

We have the ability to manufacture a wide range of products for men's, ladies, children including sportswear, nightwear & outerwear.A specialized department within the company handles each particular type of product and hence is able to provide specialized sourcing ability.

Quality Control:

1 in house quality control personnel is appointed to monitor the quality of each order from the time the fabric touches the cutting floor till the packing stages. The directors also give random quality checks on the garments.Quality is monitored on the AQL system of inspection.
