RAVI CONSTRUCTION CO. is a registered Partnership firm having its registered office at 19A Vatsa House, 2nd Floor, Janmabhoomi Marg, Mumbai 400 001. The firm is founded by Mr. S. Sankaran, noted builder who has to his credit more than 30 acclaimed residential complexes, industrial estates and Bungalow Schemes all spread over Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan and Lonavala. There are other Associate Companies in the Group, viz. Ravi Relators, Raja Builders, Lalit Construction Co. and Lalit Builders.
The group is backed by qualified engineers, renowned Architects and Structural Engineers, reputed legal and professional advisers and a team of devoted employees who all contribute to uphold the firm's motto of high quality construction and timely possession.
The Group has an excellent track record of over 25 years in development and constructing a large number of land-mark buildings in Ghatkopar, Mulund, Kalyan and Lonavala. The group raises necessary finance for funding all the projects internally and has not resorted to any borrowings from financial institutions or otherwise. All projects were completed in record time irrespective of sale of units.

The Group has had no difficulty in obtaining all necessary prior sanctions and approvals from various Muncipal, Govt and Semi-Govt. bodies prior to commencement of its projects. The Group enjoys Title Approvals for disbursement of loans to flat purchasers by
leading financial institutions, viz. HDFC, LIC, Gruh Finance, ICICI, CITIBANK, SBI and various other nationalised banks and Public Sector Undertakings viz. Indian Oil, ONGC, BPT, Bharat Petroleum, Mumbai Municipal Corpn., Hindustan Petroleum etc. |
