The Renaissance Foundation, founded in 1997, is a non-governmental organisation that concerns itself solely with the personal well-being of your child - at home, at school and also out therein the world.The whole concept of helping your child to recognize his or her talent and unleash their hidden potential was evolved over a period of extensive research on child behavioural patterns and motivating factors. The Foundation realised that, if a child is helped to understand the magnitude of his/her talents and capabilities, he/she will be in a position to perform consistently without much strain. Children perceive attention as a form of love and care. After extensive research on child behavioural patterns and motivating factors that revealed the importance of regular attention to a child, we found the solution to this need – a system in which we could provide this attention and take personal care of every student. The child is periodically changing his/her priorities due to his environment, lack of direction, attention and other factors. This calls for regular attention. If a child is to perform effectively and consistently amidst these changing factors around him he also requires a firm understanding of himself.
WE CONCLUDED THEREFORE THAT REGULAR ATTENTION THAT BUILDS AND REINFORCES AN UNDERSTANDING OF SELF IS ULTIMATELY THE CHILD’S GREATEST STRENGTH.
The personality of a child needs individual attention in a continuous process within a comfortable time frame to evolve into an ideal person. There are numerous children out there whose talents may never surface if someone did not go out of their way to help them.
