Mr. Ratanlal Jaitlia incorporated the firm
as a proprietorship firm on 19th Match 1998. Later, it was converted into partnership concern on 15th July 1998 with the coming together of Mr. Krishna Gopal Maheshwari. It was strengthened with the joining of Mr.Mukesh Maheshwari as a partner. It was further enlarged with the addition of Mr. Sandeep Maheshwari, Mr. Bagaria and Ms. Kaitha Mantri as partner.
Mr. Ratanlal Jaitlia is a fellow chartered accountant and the senior most partner of the firm.MrRatanlal Jaitlia started practice in October, 1977 after serving at senior position in industries. After serving the industries for more than 30 years, He thought it better to venture into practice with his varied expenses in the field of Business Consultancy.
Mr. Krishna Gopal Maheshwari is a fellow chartered accountant. He completes his article from M/s.Khandelwal Jain & Co., Mumbai and ventured into practice. During artical training he had a good expoture to the audit of various big groups and was involved in the
Taxation and concultancy work for the firm. after serving for nearly five year in the multi-national advertising agency industry at various position he has gained varied experience. He has also handled investigation assignments from reputed Chartered Accountants in the field. His concultancy to corporate groups of KKK Group, Somani Group and Killer Jeans group has resulted in cost saving to the client and has even enriched him with varied experience.
Mr.Mukesh Maheshwari is a fellow chartered accountant. He completed his articals from M/s R.Kabra & Co., Mumbai. He has handled audit, taxation & consultancy assignments for corporate, Non-corporate, Partnership firms and individual clients. He has done a 3-month
study course on Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA)in the field of international Taxation. He has also cleared the 'BES Certificate for Derivative Exchange conducted by BES Training Institute. He is also involved in corporate advisory services and in bank audits. He has handled assignments on retainer-ship basis with M/s. J.K. Kannan & Co
Mr.Arun Bagaria completed his articles from M/s Suresh Agarwal & Co, He has handled assignment on statutory audit, tax audits, taxation and other company law matters. He has also performed stock audit and concurrent bank audit. He has profound knowledge with respect to compliance of Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and other stock exchange requirements.
The firm also employ's a bank ex-employee who has served in bank for 30 years in various department and was acting as 'Senior Manager' before retirement.
