Shapewel forge Industries is manufacturing brass & copper forged components since 1981.The forging machinery includes a 200T on friction screw press,electric resistance furnace,trimming press, cut-off machine for billet cutting.The machining facility covers machinery for all normal but precision type machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling and tapping.The technical personnel including the properietor are well qualified and long experinced to meet any quality requirement,which is also proved by the fact that tha company has earned self-certification status,which is given by M/S Larsen & Toubro Ltd. to those vendors who have maintained a higher degree of quality level throughtout.
The factory although started as a small propritory unit in 1981, has spread over its activities by expanding to one more unit located in the same industrial area and has touched a maximum output of 90T/year in its career so far.
The company is supplying to the major customers like Larsen & Toubro, Audco India Limited, Voltas switchgear Ltd., Weldcut equipment industries ( leader in manufacture of industrial gas regulators), Real value Appliances( Cease Fire Extinguishers).
Also We have now installed Buffing & Laquering Plant in our factory, which includes ultrasonic cleaning machine for cleaning of parts pressurised room etc.
