We specialize in turnkey projects which include civil works, fabrication works, aluminium glazing, electrical wiring, computer and telephone network, window dressing, false ceiling and flooring covering total interior scope with special configuration for software complexes. We also participate in finalising and monitoring AMCs of air-conditioning, main and standby power supplies, UPS/Gensets, special provisions for server stations and fiber optic connectivity, meeting the stringent specifications of NFPA 101 and OHS norms of integrated software facility management.
We have a staff of very efficient, quality conscious, professionally experienced project managers/consultants, managers, supervisors and more than 250 craftsmen.
Some of the major turnkey projects successfully executed by us in IT industry are the furniture and interior works for M/S IBM at shaheen bldg. Shankar Seth Road, Pune worth Rs. 77 towers, bangalore, golden enclave bangalore at golden annex bangalore worth Rs. 42 lacs and the renovation work of M/S IBM at Parvaz Building, s.s. Road, Pune for Rs. 30 lacs. All these works were executed during August 2000 to May 2001 in phases and within the stringent time frame.
We have also executed the interiors of M/S Rimo Technologies Ltd., Aundh, Pune. We are alos listed as approved contractors for M/S. Cognizant Technologies Solutions, Pune and Veritas Software India Ltd, Zensar Technologies Ltd., Wipro Infotech Software and Services, Bangalore, TCE Consultant Engineers, Pune. We are currently negotiating for similar services for other major software companies in/around Pune.
Our team of project/facilities managers is headed by a Sr. Consultant with over 22 years experience in the field. We have a video presentation of such services with emphasis on Employee safety, power needs and security of equipments/material as the main thrust.
