Audit: Audit of public and private limited companies including manfacturing units, trading, investments adn export companies. Audit of partnership firms, coop societies and charitable institutions and trusts. Tax audit of companies and firms under the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Company Law: Undertaking various assignments of company incorporation and company petitions and also valuation reports.

Taxation: Experience in handling the matters relating to direct taxes i.e. income tax and wealth tax, bulk return filing. Sales tax and profession tax matters companies, firms and individuals.

Management Consultants: Corporate Governance, internal control system, public issue management, merger, demerger, takeover and acquisition of firms and companies, business process oriented services.

Project Financing

Preparation of project reports, consultancy in project financing.

Service Tax
