All Items manufactured and fabricated by us are as International standard using standardized Drawings and manufacturing procedures. Every individual component of valves or any other product is subjected to inspection and testing right from the stage of Purchase of Raw material to machining, assembling and testing. Inspection & testing is done by a qualified Supervisor. Our company is equipped with all the necessary machining, measuring and testing equipment.
RAW MATERIALS AND PURCHASE OF RAW MATERIALS:
These are normally
Castings of CI, C5, 55, GM from reputed foundries. Also used are Profiles of M5, SS, CS and Rods for making of internals as spindles, seat and other components. Fasteners such as nuts, bolts, studs are purchased from reputed manufacturers. Valves and Strainers are important accessories of any Process
