V N S FINANCE AND CAPITAL SERVICES LTD is a venture started by a group of Chartered Accountants for Finance, Investment. Mr. Vijay Kumar Singhania and his family own the majority shares.
The company started the business of Stock Broking in Nov'94 by obtaining the membership of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. As per requirements of NSE and SEBI the company has to servere other fund based activities and for that reason a subsidiary company namely VNS Finance & Capital Services Ltd. was formed. This year we have obtained the membership of Future & Option segment of NSE also.
The company has its head office in Mumbai with office in Delhi, Kanpur and Bhopal.
Directors
Mr Nripendra K. gupta is the Chairman of the company. He is a practising fellow Chartered Accountant of repute and an acknowledged authority on Company Law mattters. He has also acted as Corporate Advisor and Arbitrator in Various matters. He has been a member of central council of nistitute of Chartered Accountants of India for four successive terms(12th year).
Mr Vijay Singhania is the Promoter Director of the company. He is a Fellow chartered Accountant having 18 years experience of industry and 9 years experience of stock markets. He is a member of British Institute of Management, U.K., Member of International Fiscal Association, Netherlands and Life Member of Textile Association Ahamdabad.
Mr Jagat Prasad Bansal is a B.Com (Hons) & M.Com from Delhi University. He was a Professor of Economics & financial Managements. At present he is a senior Faculty Member of National Institute of Banking studies & Corporate managements, New Delhi. He has got very rich and vast experience of 27 years in the field of Banking and Corpoate Finance.
Mr. Raj Kumar Singhania is a law graduate having 10 years experience of Stock broking. He is in-charge of our Kanpur branch. he is also handling all the legal matters of the group.
