I, PATHAN WARIS ALI Y. joined the
profession in August 91, and I am practicing mostly on the criminal
side in the High Court as well as in the Session Court. I have appeared
in almost all the High Court in India as a Defence cousel in criminal
matters. I am appearing as a defence counsel for almost about twenty
accused persons who are arrested in sensational Mumbai Bomb Blast cases
(TADA)
I am the first Advocate to get an accused out on Interim bail on
Medical grouonds in a TADA case and the
supreme court has upheld the order of granting bail in our favour
(Abdul Hamid Birya v/s state). I am also specializing in Narcotics Related cases and I
have appeared for Indian as well as many foreign nationals arrested for
the said offences.
